Andreas Elversøe

Andreas Elversøe

CEO of Masonic

Andreas Elversøe finds working with esports and talent development very giving. Especially when the talent he works with changes adversity and learning into personal development and results – which was a driving force when he himself was a counterstrike-player and even more so now in his work with esports.

As a leader in an esports club he finds himself on a tightrope between sporting performances and personal development, and everything is changing quickly. Whether you have a business development goal or a learning development goal gaming and esports can contribute immensely to personal development and success – even though it is a new platform still under development.

Andreas Elversøe is a gamer through and though and gaming and esports has been a source of personal development for him himself, and has taught him new competencies. Leadership for one. His journey with esports has included a gamer career as well as a trainer career, esports teaching, and has lead to his career today as a CEO in an esports club working with talent, business development and esports.
